You book and pay. We come to the car. Your inspector confirms a time with the seller and with you, then you receive a detailed photo report.

Book and pay
Choose an inspection and pay online. You can add Priority if you want same day completion, subject to seller availability. Enter the vehicle, the address where the car will be, and contact details for the seller and for you. You do not pick a date or a time. You can book as a guest. The price is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

Inspector assigned
After payment, the booking is received and we assign an inspector. Priority bookings are handled first. We let you know when an inspector is assigned.

We confirm a time with the seller and you
Your inspector will call the seller and then you to confirm a time. The car needs to be available at the address on the booking. You do not choose a time slot when you book.

Report delivered
The inspector completes the inspection and you receive a detailed photo report. It is ready for you to read before you buy.
What you need to do
- Choose the inspection and pay online.
- Give us the vehicle details, the inspection address, and how to reach the seller and you.
- Take the call from your inspector so a time can be confirmed with the seller and with you.
- Read the photo report when it arrives.
When the report arrives
The report is delivered when the inspection is complete. It is a detailed photo report you can read before you buy. Priority is for same day completion, subject to seller availability. The time is confirmed by your inspector, with the seller and with you.
